OUR PROMISE TO YOU

 

We are extremely excited to be open to the public and are dedicated to implementing the Los Angeles County guidelines for safe restaurant re-openings as well as our own additional precautions. Below you will find the operational measures we are using to protect the health and safety of all our guests and staff.

We understand that many of these measures can be inconvenient, even annoying, but we are confident that following these steps will allow our business to operate uninterrupted going forward.

OUR COVID-19 GUIDELINES

  • Guests are kindly asked to perform their own symptoms check prior to arrival - if you feel ill or have any symptoms associated with Covid-19, please stay home.

  • The Buffalo Club is accepting reservations through Open Table as well as by phone. The maximum party size we are permitted to seat currently is 6 guests. Please do not invite additional guests beyond 6 to join your table as we will not be able to accommodate them. If you would like to have more than 6 guests, we happily will seat you at two socially-distanced tables. 

  • We ask that all guests please wear protective face coverings when entering / exiting the property and when not seated at their table. This includes wearing a mask when getting up to use the restroom. 

  • All guests are required to maintain a social distance of 6 feet between themselves and others not in their party. ​

  • We kindly ask that parties arrive at their reservation time, and not before, to ensure that your table is available for you upon arrival and to deter from any gathering near the front door.

  • Guests will have their temperature checked by Buffalo Club staff with infrared upon arrival. Our staff’s temperatures are also checked before entry to the restaurant on each shift.

  • All employees will be required to wear protective face coverings and gloves while working to protect you and your guests. 

  • Entrance into the restaurant will now be located through the main Garden Courtyard entrance. This door is located on Olympic Blvd., just steps down from our usual Iroquois Dining Room entrance. 

  • We will have appropriate signage posted throughout the restaurant and bathroom areas to indicate the correct social distance for any possible lines. 

  • All tables in our dining areas are socially distanced 6 feet apart in accordance with Department of Health guidelines.

  • Hand sanitizer is available to guests and our staff at entry points and numerous other areas throughout the restaurant. 

  • Menus are currently contact-less through a QR code available on each table. If you would like to view a physical menu we will have laminated menus available that are sanitized between usage.
